Branding & advertising — London → everywhere

The most AI-forward creative agency in the world named after a dead dog.

We turn brave brands into market leaders — with work the big networks are too slow, too scared and too bloated to make. The machines do the lifting; the best humans alive do the wonder.

Where the line is

Being AI-forward isn't using more AI. It's knowing exactly where it stops.

The machine bit

Drafting. Versioning. Resizing. Localising into new markets overnight. The tireless, thankless 90%. We automate it ruthlessly — and we're genuinely good at it, not a wrapper on someone else's model.

the human bit

The idea nobody briefed. The joke that shouldn't work. The line that catches in your throat. The 10% that decides whether anyone remembers you. That part we don't automate. That's why we exist.

Most agencies are only now finding out they don't know where that line is.

A word about the big networks

Too big to move. Too scared to swing. Too invested in the old way to tell you it's over.

We do the opposite. Small, senior, armed — and pointed at one outcome: making you the brand everyone else has to worry about.

What we are

Not a bigger agency made smaller. A different shape entirely.

01

Fluent in machine

Genuinely AI-native, across strategy, making and production — not bolted on for the pitch. We know its limits better than anyone, and we'll prove it in the room.

02

We make market leaders

We don't do decoration. We change how your market sees you, grow your sales, and turn you into the brand to beat. Pretty work that doesn't move the business is just expensive art.

03

We know where the machine stops

Taste, nerve and heart — the human 10% that decides everything. An AI would've told us not to name a company after a dead dog.

04

A cast, not a staff

The best people on earth, cast fresh for your brief — not whoever's on the payroll. All senior. No juniors, no bait-and-switch, and fast, because nothing's in the way.

How we work

We make ideas that bite.

The goal was never awards. It's making your brand the default choice — the one your customers reach for first, and often. Everything we make is built backwards from that.

STEP 01

Understand

We start with what actually makes your customers buy — the biases and shortcuts behind the decision, not just the demographics.

STEP 02

Strategy

A brand and campaign strategy built on that truth — designed to make you the default, not merely the loudest.

STEP 03

Creative

Then the work: ideas with teeth that seize attention and land the one thing that has to be remembered.

Work

Between us, the people at Simba the Black Dog have shaped work for some of the largest brands on earth.

DisneyGooglePanadolLG& many more

That's the team's track record. Simba the Black Dog's own work is mostly under wraps or still out in the wild being made — ask us and we'll walk you through it properly. A better way to see work than a grid of thumbnails, anyway.

Who does the work

The Cast

Everyone here is the best in the world at the one thing we hired them for.

Traditional agencies keep a fixed staff and give you whoever's spare. We do it the other way around — a small, senior core plus a hand-picked network of some of the world's best (and nicest) creatives, directors, strategists and makers, cast for your brief. You get precisely the right people. They get to work on precisely what they love. We take on a small number of clients, on purpose. The old model existed because it had to. It doesn't anymore.

Founder · Executive Creative Director

Haniah Omar

Haniah has spent 20 years making award-winning work inside the biggest agencies on earth — Grey, Leo Burnett, JWT, Media.Monks and the wider WPP world — for brands including HSBC, EY, Kia and Evian. She started Simba the Black Dog to do it better: without the layers, the politics or the pyramid of juniors. Just the best people, the best tools, and the nerve to make work the networks can't.

Founder · Commercial Director

Krunal Jashapara

Krunal came to creative from the other side of the table — banking, finance, consulting and media. Which makes Simba the Black Dog a rare thing: a creative agency that talks about your business the way your CFO does, and ties the work to the numbers that actually move it. He runs the commercials, the growth, and the belief that great creative should also make you money.

Thinking

We publish what we believe. Loudly.

About the dog

Simba and Haniah were a team until he died in 2007. He was the most gentle and loving soul who has ever lived — though you'd never have known it the moment he decided you were a threat to the people he loved.

He wasn't strategic. He never sat through a single meeting. He was just — good. And underneath all that softness, entirely unbluffable.

He made the world better simply by being in it. Nearly twenty years on, we named an agency after him — which should tell you how much that counted.

We're as AI-forward as any agency on earth — genuinely, not as a press release. But we always know where the machine stops: the idea nobody expected, the joke that shouldn't work, the line with a lump in its throat. The dog stuff.

An AI would have advised us not to name a company after a dead dog.

That, more or less, is the whole point.
